The racketeer influenced and corrupt organization act(rico) can be used to seize corporations that although themselves doing nothing illegal allow illegal activity to occur. Ebay should be  a prime target for rico prosecution because it will offer the government its best chance to win due to the multi jurisdictional nature of ebays' business. Finally  through eminent domain the government should be able to seize  the ebay.com site and convert its revenue stream from private to public use.

It will probably take years for these titans to fight it out.

Now is the time to register to vote.  Every House of Representatives member and the president are up for reelection.  Also a third of the United States senate is up for election.

We need to elect officials who understand that corporations don't vote people do. Elected officials who are not afraid to nationalize internet industries for the public good. Just like similar laws enacted against monopolies and the mafia at the turn of the last century the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act should be used to nationalize internet industries.

Corporations are not mentioned in the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Yet their rights are vigorously protected in our court system and  by our elected representatives.

Unfortunately corporations give individuals the excuse to be arrogant and or stupid in the pursuit of profit.

If our courts of justice start bringing capital cases against CEOs whose products take innocent lives, corporations will start paying more attention to their products effects on the human condition. I do not believe that executing a person for their misdeeds is moral but if it is the law of the land then lets apply it equally. And forcing a corporation into bankruptcy is not the same as taking a human life.
