MERCK & Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act

 Just like similar laws enacted against monopolies and the mafia at the turn of the last century the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act should be used to nationalize the pharmaceutical industries. Criminal proceedings including murder should be considered against all pharmaceutical  employees who were involved in the distribution of questionable drugs. Execution should not be out of the question. Settlement should involve the forfeiture by employees and stockholders of all principal, profit sharing and pension benefits associated with questionable drugs.

The time is right. Every House of Representatives member and the president are up for reelection.  Also a third of the United States senate is up for election.

Now is the time to register to vote.

Then tell your congressmen your senator and  future president that the drug problem is in cooperate America and you want to know if they are ready to seize the assets of drug dealers and or put them in jail.

Corporations are not mentioned in the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Yet their rights are vigorously protected in our court system and  by our elected representatives.

 register to vote  corporations can't. Then tell your elected officials. No matter how much money corporations give politicians  we the people are the electorate.

Unfortunately corporations give individuals the excuse to be arrogant and or stupid in the pursuit of profit.

If our courts of justice start bringing capital cases against CEOs whose products take innocent lives, corporations will start paying more attention to their products effects on the human condition. I do not believe that executing a person for their misdeeds is moral but if it is the law of the land then lets apply it equally. And forcing a corporation into bankruptcy is not the same as taking a human life.
